Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the implementation and support of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
* Assist in meeting regulatory and quality compliance requirements for IAM processes.
* Handle IAM development requests, process improvements, and troubleshooting.
* Support authentication, authorization, and identity provisioning processes.
* Configure and integrate IAM solutions with various environments.
* Work with Active Directory, LDAP, and Exchange to ensure seamless identity management.
* Develop and integrate IAM solutions with REST/SOAP and JSON APIs.
* Assist in database management tasks using MS SQL and Oracle PL/SQL.
* Provide technical support for IAM-related incidents and service requests.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in IAM, IGA, or IDM solutions.
* Hands-on experience with .Net and/or Java development.
* Good knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
* Familiarity with web-based technology setup and configuration.
* Basic experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and Exchange organization.
* Working knowledge of MS SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and database structures.
* Understanding of REST, SOAP, and JSON-based integrations.
* Experience with One Identity Manager, SailPoint, or Oracle Identity Manager is a plus.
* Proficient in English, with strong communication skills.
