As an Experienced Wok Cook, you will:
Shift: 5:00pm - 1:30am 
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Responsibilities:

* Prepares food items as directed, ensuring each order sent out is uniform and consistent.
* Prepares food, including hot entrees for our Asian dishes, to specification in an accurate and timely manner to provide guests with a quality product.
* Controls food production to include proper cooking methods, cooking time and temperature, ensuring sanitation, handling and storage of prepared food and Prepares leftovers.
* Demonstrates competent product knowledge by correct storing and handling of all perishables, maintaining quality, security, value and integrity.
* Oversees proper care, storage, use and cleaning of all tools and equipment.
* Demonstrates competent product knowledge by correct storing and handling of all perishables, maintaining quality, security, value and integrity.
* Effectively communicates with other team members, including service and kitchen maintenance personnel.
* Maintains assigned station in a clean and sanitary condition in accordance with department service standards and job functions.

Qualifications:

* Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
* Minimum 1-2 years previous experience in high volume food service operation/preparation is preferred (Asian Cuisine preferred).
* Must have excellent customer service/communication skills.
* Must have knowledge of kitchen sanitation, operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
* Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including holidays and weekends.
* Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time and/or entire shift.
* Be able to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
