Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities:

* Apply skill in dealing individual games, providing prompt, accurate and courteous service in accordance with policies and procedures 
* Handle customer transactions for "buy- ins," "pay- offs" and markers 
* Verify fills and credits to the game 
* Notify Games Supervisor of any irregularities in the play and/or transactions during the shift 
* Adhere to appropriate gaming regulations, policies and procedures 
* Take losing bets and pay winning bets according to established rules and procedures 
* Other job-related duties as assigned  

Qualifications:

* Excellent communication skills; understand and comply with all Company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures  
* Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English  
* Knowledge and ability to deal Dealer assigned game 
* Ability to perform basic math  
* Skill in providing customers with an exceptionally enjoyable experience while performing functions of the position 
* High school education or equivalent required. 
* Has completed acceptable training program resulting in proficiency in dealing at least one casino table game. 
* Dealing Experience (at-least two core games)- Blackjack, CRAPS, Baccarat and roulette
