Overview: Location: NovaCare Rehabilitation - Chevy Chase, MD Position: Physical Therapist Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 Incentives: Up to $20,000 bonus and indefinite student loan assistance (no repayment required!) We're seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with outpatient orthopedic experience. Whether you're an experienced clinician or looking to grow into a leadership role, we offer the support and resources you need to thrive. Our therapists treat an average of 11-12 patients per day, with 1:1 hour-long evaluations to ensure quality care. Our outpatient center offers a diverse caseload, including: * General Orthopedics * Vestibular Rehab * Oncology Rehab * Industrial Rehab * Sports Medicine Have a specialty you're passionate about? We're open to expanding our services based on your interests and expertise. Schedule: * Full-time, 40 hours/week * Two evenings per week until 7:00 PM (last patient scheduled one hour prior) * Flexible scheduling options may be available for the right candidate Compensation & Perks: * Base Salary: Starting at $80,000+, based on experience * Bonuses: Up to $20,000 and indefinite student loan assistance (no repayment required!)
