Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee the internet sales department, ensuring a smooth and effective operation.
* Lead a team in handling internet leads efficiently, converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of Eleads and CDK systems to maximize lead generation and management.
* Develop and implement effective internet lead handling processes to achieve high closing rates.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling online offers and promotions.
* Monitor and report on online sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
* Provide exceptional customer service, representing the Mercedes-Benz brand with professionalism and excellence.
Qualifications:
* Must be experienced with managing Multiple Platforms (DMS / CRM / AI / etc)
* Prior experience of managing Lead Management & Conversion
* Proven experience as an Internet Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
* Must be organized & excellent with follow up
* Strong proficiency with Eleads and CDK systems, with a demonstrated track record of effectively managing online sales leads.
* A history of high closing rates and successful internet lead handling processes.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Passion for the automotive industry and in-depth knowledge of Mercedes-Benz products and services.
