Responsibilities:

* Answer inbound sales phone calls, gather contract information, add prospect to Elead with notes that accurately reflect the conversation. 
* Respond to leads and chats in a timely and professional manner with proper grammar, spelling and punctuation. 
* Follow up on, phone inquiries and past customers to drive dealership traffic. 
* Assertively pursue a dialog with each assigned prospect by phone, email and text. 
* Prospect our existing customer base to identify and cultivate sales opportunities and promote retention and brand loyalty. 
* Call through unsold showroom traffic, uncover the primary reason they chose not to buy during their visit and communicate that to management
* Build rapport with each prospect, identify customer's needs, and provide the customer with tools and information needed to make a purchase decision. 
* Actively communicate with Sales Manager to ensure each customer's needs have been met and notes are accurate and up to date. 
* Earn and maintain BDC Representative and Sales Consultant certification with Toyota
* Organizer must be up to date and all tasks completed daily 
* Maintain and outbound call average of 80 or more calls per day
* Maintain strong understanding of the dealership's vehicles, promotions, and services to provide accurate information to customers

Qualifications:

* 2+ years BDC Experience preferred 
* 2+ year' Sales Experience (in the automotive industry) preferred
* Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or automotive BDC preferred
* Strong communication and active listening skills 
* Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls and emails
* Proficiency in CRM software (eLeads) and basic computer skills 
* Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based incentives
* Professional, friendly, and persuasive demeanor
