Overview: Medpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO). We provide Phase I-IV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Responsibilities: * Design resonating brand identities and creative materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, handbooks) for clinical studies * Collaborate across roles to visualize complex concepts, communicate tone, and achieve the client's vision * Provide design expertise to other areas of the company, including support for new business presentations, promotional materials, and digital assets for web and email Skills/Characteristics * Desire to advance medical research and improve patients' lives * Enjoy learning and growing in a fast-paced, collaborative environment * Embrace new projects, take ownership of creative work, and effectively manage internal communication * Understand and apply fundamental design principles (layout, composition, typography, color) * Aspire to stay ahead of current design trends by integrating new technology and best practices Qualifications: * Please include a link to your portfolio for consideration. * Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, digital design, or related field * Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office * Portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create compelling visual designs and develop brand identities * Advanced illustration capabilities
