Responsibilities: * Build and maintain rapport with guests. * Provides fast, flawless, personalized service to players. * Complies with all company and departmental policies and procedures, State Gaming Regulations, and internal Controls. * Provide appropriate game protection. Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. * Completion of Dealers School or six months of experience as a dealer with at least two high-volume games; Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, etc. required. * Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. * Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues. * Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately to figure payoffs.
