Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Experience Marketing Brand Ambassador to support the demo unit set-up and management, event planning, logistics, and execution in partnering with Keysight's regional seminars, product demos, and customer engagement programs. This role ensures all marketing activities run smoothly behind the scenes-coordinating people, materials, schedules, and digital assets-so our presenters can focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Demo Unit Setup & Management
* Coordinate the shipment, installation, and setup of ATTRACT units for seminars and events.
* Ensure ATTRACT devices are updated, functional, and aligned with the intended user experience.
* Train regional staff on ATTRACT features, display setups, and product positioning guidelines.
Content Expansion Management & Communications Support
* Upload and manage content for the ATTRACT system, and marketing materials across internal systems and event platforms.
* Ensure all assets are consistent with brand guidelines and kept up to date.
Portfolio Representation Across Brand
* Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales Enablement, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of Marketing Experience-related activities.
* Track project status, identify risks, and escalate issues when timelines or quality could be impacted.
Event & Seminar Collaboration
* Coordinate all logistics for partnering with our regional seminars, workshops, and marketing events.
* Secure event venues in partnership with our regional representatives, manage bookings, registrations, and ensure all technical and space requirements are met.
* Maintain event schedules and timelines, ensuring all dependencies are accounted for and communicated.
Presenter & Regional Team Coordination
* Serve as the central liaison for regional seminar presenters, educating them on ATTRACT content updates and ensuring alignment on audience expectations and registration numbers.
* Collect, track, and report on audience registration data.
* Provide presenters with the materials, demos, and content they need to deliver high-quality sessions.
Reporting & Process Improvement
* Maintain event documentation, checklists, and playbooks to streamline operations.
* Track and report event KPIs such as attendance, engagement, and logistics performance.
* Recommend improvements to workflows, tools, and communication practices.
Qualifications:
* Master's level education in a marketing or communications-related field with ability to promote technical topics.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
* Comfortable working with digital content management tools and event platforms.
* Experience in marketing coordination, events, or operations is a plus.
* Functional use of Spanish, and familiarity with B2B business Mexico and Europe a plus.
