Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities:

Essential Responsibilities:

* Must have extensive Food and Beverage Operations background. Supervisory and management experience in hotel and/or casino environment required. Comprehensive knowledge of Food and Beverage operations.
* Culinary Graduate or one year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other cast members of the organization.
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
* Intermediate Computer skills.
* Serve safe certified or equivalent. Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record.
* Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Excellent motivational skills required.
* While performing the duties of this Job, the team member is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear and taste or smell. The team members are frequently required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The team member is occasionally required to sit. The team member must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
* While performing the duties of this Job, the team member is frequently exposed to risk of electrical shock. The team member is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
* Assists in preparation of Food and Beverage Budget. Reviews and responds to P&L statements. Attends P&L Review meetings to clarify reasons for discrepancies.
