As our new Executive Rewards & Share Programs Expert, you will lead the design, governance, and delivery of global executive compensation and equity programs. You will have the opportunity to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and governance bodies, ensuring our Executive Rewards frameworks are competitive, market-aligned, compliant, and support long-term value creation. This includes partnering with People & Culture, Finance, Legal, and Tax teams. You will also get the chance to support executive hiring and retention.
The Role:
* Oversee design and administration of global share programs, including improving program design and participant experience in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external providers
* Design and maintain executive reward structures, leading annual compensation review cycles and conducting benchmarking and pay-for-performance analyses
* Ensure programs meet global regulatory requirements through monitoring regulatory developments and preparing materials for NCC/RemCo and auditors
* Evaluate program effectiveness through insights, and deliver analytics and scenario modeling, in addition to managing annual disclosures
* Advise Executive Leadership, Finance, Legal, and the Board, communicating complex concepts clearly and influencing decisions with balanced recommendations
* Ensure compliance and audit readiness, maintaining documentation and controlling frameworks
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
* Extensive experience in executive compensation and equity programs
* Deep understanding of global regulatory requirements
* Strong analytical and modelling capabilities
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* High integrity, discretion, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
