We are currently hiring for an Executive Director in our Indianapolis office.  We are seeking an inspiring leader to drive the strategy and execution of corporate revenue, communications, and health impact goals. This position is full time and offers a hybrid schedule. 

The Executive Director will provide direct coaching and supervision to four staff who handle corporate fundraising campaigns, community impact efforts, marketing/communications, and administrative support.  Will also lead the local advisory volunteer board.  This position will have a revenue accountability of approximately $3.25M.

We offer a base salary with the potential to earn an incentive up to 25% of your base pay. The potential incentive is based on achieving certain revenue targets and triggers.

Responsibilities:

* Devise and implement the strategy and direction for the market's unified health and revenue efforts.

* Guide and lead team to achieve goals.

* Develop and lead a volunteer Board of Directors, consisting of top-level corporate executives.

* Build powerful partnerships with volunteer, community, and corporate leaders, sponsors, and other internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

* 5 years successful experience in non-profit fundraising or similar experience.
* 3 years of managerial experience, ideally with a sales or fundraising team in a similar organization.
* Experience leading and cultivating high-level leaders at the C-suite level.
* Direct knowledge of special event fundraising tactics is essential.

* Ability to travel the Indianapolis area daily; always requires access to reliable transportation on an immediate basis.

* Proven understanding of how to engage and work with philanthropic communities.
* Must have basic knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office.
