Overview:
The Executive Communications Manager's primary responsibility is to plan, develop, and implement internal communication initiatives that help accomplish business objectives. This position is responsible for planning and delivery of multi-faceted integrated communications supporting multiple Zebra Executives. The Executive Communications Manager partners with executive leadership to amplify their voices and execute strategic communications plans focused on telling the company's story to key audiences while working cross functionally to ensure messages are consistent with the overall brand identity, meet company standards, and promote the positive image on behalf of the organization. This position works closely business partners at all levels of the company to ensure Zebra communications best practices and processes are followed.
Responsibilities:
* Leads development of communications platform for one or more of our Executive leaders that includes creating associated communications for them to engage with their respective audiences and drive employee engagement and business understanding. Deliverables include email, video, presentations, and other communications medium as needed to raise awareness of key corporate topics.
* Supports the coordination, content development, theme and logistics for organization-wide meeting and events and finds ways to improve and increase overall employee engagement.
* Builds creative assets to support Executive Communications efforts - infographics, PPT presentations, etc.
* Provides guidance and a strategic point of view on how and when to communicate to various internal audiences.
* Performs other duties associated with strategic communications for special projects as assigned by the Executive level team such as Leadership Conferences, Sales Kick Off events, or selected external presentations.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources or Organizational Strategy or related field required
* 8+ years of relevant experience preferably with B2B, technology, or channel experience
* 10% travel (US and International)
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
* Experience supporting executive level management including SVP and VP level
* Excellent corporate storyteller who has the desire and ability to understand the business and develop internal strategies that help each employee understand their role in its success
* Demonstrated dedication to quality and detail. Organized and personable with strong written and oral communication skills
* Proven ability to work with different stakeholders and teams in a global organization while balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced business environment
* Strong interpersonal skills and poise under pressure
* Results-oriented, with a discipline of measurement around Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Solid project management skills experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects and a dynamic work environment
* Experience working in video production
