Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities:

* Generate incremental revenue within top player segment by identifying and attracting new premium players to property.
* Create fun and excitement through specialized, personalized and preferential services. 
* Increase property profitability by targeting high margin accounts to reactivate, develop and maintain.
* Build player loyalty and promote return visits by maintaining contact with a base of customers via their channel of choice including targeted telemarketing efforts.
* Cultivate leads received through in-house channels and through networking through established customer base.
* Act as a guest liaison, handle issues and resolve situations to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. 
* Receives and addresses all incoming phone calls for fellow Player Development personnel in their absence as needed. 
* Must be able to accurately prioritize, organize and complete tasks.
* Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position's job description, where in the Company's judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service.
* Adheres to all company, state, and regulatory policies and procedures
* Comply with all reasonable requests made by management
* Complies with state, company, department policies and regulations

Qualifications:

* Must have an outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude, enjoy hosting others, comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests
* Bachelor's degree (B.A./B/S.) from an accredited four-year college or university or commensurate combination of experience and education is required.
* Must be proficient in computer programs; prior experience with salesforce.com and/casino marketing programs is preferred.
* Ability to successfully communicate with internal and/or external guests.
* Must qualify for licensing by Ohio Gaming Commission
* Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
