Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant, Sales Operations supports the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of the sales organization by managing key operational processes, maintaining critical data systems, aggregating reports and information, proactively looking for process improvements, and enabling smooth day‑to‑day activities. This role serves as a central coordination point between sales, finance, and marketing, ensuring that teams have the information, tools, and structure needed to meet revenue goals. Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of corporate general management experience with increasing responsibility.
* Experience in participating in and/or managing projects including using tools and/or processes.
* Experience in identifying opportunities and making recommendations for process and continuous improvement.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Ability to remain in a stationary position (seated or standing) for extended periods.
* Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment.
* Ability to view a computer screen for long periods.
* Ability to move about the office occasionally to access files, equipment, or attend meetings.
* Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally (e.g., office files, laptop, small office equipment).
