This role will be providing support to the President of Holy Cross Hospital - Mountain Point.
The Executive Assistant partners with their assigned leader(s) or designee and serves as a liaison with other internal and external stakeholders including local boards. Under the direction of the leader(s), this individual will coordinate special projects and initiatives. Work may involve multiple facilities, sites, and/or service lines/departments. This role will involve the creation and modification of reports and presentations, track and influence performance metrics.
Essential Responsibilities will include:
* Keeping interruptions of the leader to a minimum. Makes an effort to handle requests or problems, discerns which requests another resource/person might best handle.
* Manages calendar of the leader, scheduling appointments and meetings as appropriate. Good judgment is used pertaining to timeframes required, necessary participants and meeting details such as notification of time, date and location. All appointments are brought to the attention of the leader.
* Personal judgment is used to set priorities for all assignments and projects to be completed within requested or negotiated timeframes
* Must be able to handle administrative duties with discretion and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Qualifications:
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
* Bachelor's degree, preferred.
* High School Diploma/G.E.D.
* 3 years related experience that includes supporting C-Suite level leaders. Healthcare experienced is strongly preferred.
* Must have strong computer skills, must be able to operate GSuite platforms
* Must be organized, detail oriented and a self starter
* Must be able
* Must have excellent record keeping skills
* Ability to edit and work with PowerPoint software for presentations, preferred.
