Qualifications: * 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with a strong focus on confidentiality and communication with executive leadership. * A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality support. * A passion for supporting others while confidently taking ownership of initiatives when required. * Superior communication and organizational skills, facilitating effective interactions across all levels of the organization. * Adaptability to handle unexpected challenges with composure and a positive attitude. * Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and earning trust with teams from junior to senior levels. * Experience coordinating projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration. * Ability to maintain focus on both the big picture and intricate details, solving complex problems with keen instincts. * Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. * A willingness to learn and grow, embracing opportunities for improvement. * High school diploma is required. * Onsite attendance is mandatory.
