The Role: 

We're seeking an Executive Assistant to support our President, Mission Critical, and team based out of our Boston Headquarters. The Executive Assistant (EA) provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgement and self-motivate in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects and tasks. The EA must be able to work under pressure, at times, to handle a variety of regional and corporate activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Responsibilities:

* Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as typing reports and memos, maintaining computer database, files and performing advanced administrative tasks
* Perform duties of a highly confidential nature
* Participate in project and/or team meetings as needed
* Interact with Project Teams 
* Schedule travel arrangements
* Maintain calendar; coordinate appointments, interviews, events and meetings
* Compose correspondence, reports, forms, and other documents independently
* Communicate effectively with others individually as well as in small and large groups
* Organize and plan work to meet deadlines
* Establish and maintain working relationships with Executives, Department Heads and Project Management, staff in other departments, & clients
* Identify problems and implement or recommend solutions
* Organize, prioritize, and coordinate assignments
* Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

* Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

* Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks with discretion, sound judgment, and strong attention to detail

* Deep understanding of business operations, executive calendar management, and the ability to anticipate needs

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and other common office software and tools

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and professional correspondence

* Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented with a strong sense of ownership

* Experience conducting research, preparing reports, and managing confidential information

* Construction industry experience is helpful but not required; familiarity with supporting departmental leaders is a plus
