Responsibilities:

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session. 

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support senior leaders in the Central Region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can anticipate needs, and is skilled in managing competing priorities. The ideal candidate is a polished communicator, thrives in ambiguity, and demonstrates discretion and professional maturity.

Key Responsibilities:
* Independently manage complex calendars, schedule cross-time-zone meetings, and coordinate events with internal and external stakeholders.

* Arrange comprehensive travel logistics, including flights, lodging, transportation, and detailed itineraries for executive travel.

* Draft, edit, and format professional communications, reports, presentations, and executive briefing materials.

* Proactively anticipate executive needs, manage communications, prioritize requests, and ensure seamless day-to-day support.

* Oversee expense reporting, office supply inventory, and regional operations support, ensuring accurate reconciliation and cost tracking.

* Lead or support regional programs and projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide occasional after-hours and travel support as needed.

Qualifications:
Skills and Competencies:
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; familiar with collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Asana.

* Exceptional organizational and time management skills with acute attention to detail and accuracy.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.

* Proactive self-starter with strong initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to anticipate and address needs independently.

* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and leadership levels; comfortable working 100% onsite with occasional travel.

Preferred Attributes:
* Familiarity with corporate structure, HR processes, or operational project work
* Prior experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments requiring high flexibility
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments under tight deadlines
