Responsibilities: Our newest opportunity is for a talented Events Coordinator to join our team based in Dubai, UAE. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of event coordination, including logistics, vendor management, registration, and on-site execution. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. We envisage success in this role to include; Event Coordination * Coordinate and execute in-person events (internal and external). * Assist in the development and management of timelines and schedules * Liaise with venues, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure all logistics are managed effectively. * Help with the coordination of travel and logistics, as required. Marketing & Promotion * Assist with the execution of alerts, notices, etc. via email, Teams, etc., if necessary. Graphic Design & Content Creation * Edit images, videos, and graphics for use across digital platforms. * Ensure brand consistency in all event communications and visuals. Communication & Coordination * Communicate and follow-up professionally and clearly in English (written and spoken) with vendors and attendees, as the focal point for queries, etc. * Compile and circulate pre-event briefs, run-of-show documents, post-event reports, etc. * Coordinate gifts, merchandise, etc. as required. * Set-up in the conference and lobby areas. * Provide on-the-day coordination and support in person throughout the event. Administrative & Support Tasks * Control and compile presentation schedule, ensuring correct order and naming conventions. * Maintain event databases, attendee lists and feedback forms. * Assist with documentation, invoices, etc. * Coordinate registration forms, digital invitations, etc. Qualifications: To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include proven experience in planning and coordinating medium to large-scale corporate events or conferences partnered with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
