Event Coordinator

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary:  24,000 to  26,000 per annum + annual company bonus scheme

Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Office based in Winnersh, Berkshire RG41 5TP 

We're looking for a Event Coordinator / Field Staff Booker to join our energetic team. You'll be the link between our campaigns and the amazing people who bring them to life - booking staff, solving problems, keeping everything on schedule, and making sure no job goes unfilled.

* No formal qualifications required - but you'll need to show us you've got transferable skills like customer service, multitasking, or scheduling

Qualifications:

High energy and the dedication to carry out the repetitive task of outbound calling to book staff into merchandising work. 

Equally important is a level of emotional maturity to support and positively influence those conversations, helping secure bookings effectively.

People-oriented, organised, proactive individual, likely someone early in their career who thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
