Responsibilities: Reports to: Concessions Manager Primary Purpose: Responsible for the efficient set-up, maintenance, operation and close-down of assigned bar. Responsibilities: * Takes, prepares, and distributes beverage orders * Tracks all inventory activity and balances usage value to receipts. * Set-up and close-down assigned work station. * Orders additional inventory from commissary. * Cleans and maintains work area in appropriate manner. * Other duties as assigned. * Special Events including Kentucky Derby, Concert Series, and other listed Special Events Qualifications: Education/Certification: Minimum 18 years of age, High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred. TABC certified required. Work Experience: 1-year prior experience in food and beverage position preferred.
