Esthetician - Waxing Specialist (On Call)

				Overview:

To provide and maintain the highest standards of body waxing treatments, while maintaining Omni standards as well as the Guest safety at all times. ($13.50/hr, plus commission)

Responsibilities:

* Provide the very highest quality in terms of treatment and professional concept.
* To work as part of the spa therapy team to consistently provide the highest possible standard of treatment.
* Responsible for setting up the treatment rooms according to procedures and disposing of laundry in a timely basis.
* Maintain sanitation of work area and equipment as required by state board guidelines.
* Ensure all professional stock is being used in compliance with the PAR levels to assist with reduction in product waste.
* To begin and end treatments at the published time and ensure correct procedures of all treatments are being followed at all times.
* Ensure all guests depart with a completed prescription form after each and every service.
* Strive to consistently encourage upgrades and produce a minimum of 10% in retail sales per day / week/ month.
* Ensure all equipment and linens, etc are fully stocked on a day to day basis in your treatment room.
* Ensure all inventory levels are accurate so that you are prepared for the day.
* Relay with confidence product and service benefit to guests.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* District of Columbia Waxing License
* 600 hours of Esthetician training requied
* 2-3 year of experience preferred
* Self motivated
* Team player
* Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. 
* Responsible, dependable
* High personal standards and values
* Effective communicator
* Excellent guest care, guest service and attention to detail
* Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
