Tender Specialist (Sales Support)
SoftwareOne
Scope: Full time-Permanent | Office: Ciudad de Mexico | Hybrid
This role is responsible for the management and follow-up of tenders, administrative processes, preparation of economic proposals, and after-sales service.
Your responsibilities within the role will be but not limited to:
Tendering Management:
* Experience in preparing and presenting tenders.
* Knowledge of tender portals, including the publication of tenders and analysis of the specific terms set by each client.
* Management of administrative processes, such as the creation of power of attorney letters and registration in the supplier registry for universities.
* Follow-up on tender participation, including knowledge of local laws to identify in which states it is possible to participate.
Economic Proposal Preparation:
* Preparation of quotations to accompany each tender process.
* Compilation of complete economic proposal packages for submission along with the tender documentation.
Client Relationship:
* Follow-up with small clients for the annual renewal of contracts and services.
* Collaboration with Account Managers.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree completed (desirable).
* Strong experience in tender management and related administrative processes.
* Knowledge in handling legal and administrative matters.
* Understanding of public and private tender processes in Mexico.
