We're looking for a dedicated Environmental Services Team Lead to join our team and help us maintain a spotless and welcoming environment for our patients, visitors, and staff. In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring our hospital is a place where everyone feels comfortable and safe.
What You'll Do:
* Lead the Way: Step up and guide our Environmental Services team in the absence of the supervisor, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality work.
* Coordinate & Organize: Help schedule tasks, coordinate shift changes, and assign work to team members, making sure everyone knows what needs to be done.
* Hands-On Cleaning: Roll up your sleeves and perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including floor care, dusting, bed making, waste removal, and more.
* Maintain a Safe Environment: Follow strict infection control and safety protocols to protect our patients and staff.
* Team Building & Motivation: Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment.
* Be a Problem Solver: Address challenges and find solutions to ensure our environment is always clean and well-maintained.
* Be a Role Model: Demonstrate our hospital's mission, vision, and values through courteous and professional behavior.
