Overview: Hospital Name: AtlantiCare Rehabilitation Hospital - In partnership with Select Medical Position: Environmental Services Manager Location: Galloway, New Jersey Compensation: $55k - $90k * Extensive onboarding and training program * Customizable health insurance packages A partnership between Atlanticare and Select Medical, our 60-bed medical rehabilitation hospital will open later this year and serve patients in southeastern New Jersey. Led by a physiatrist - a physician board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation - our team includes rehabilitation nurses; physical, occupational, and speech-language therapists; dietitians; case managers and other clinical and support staff. Responsibilities: Position Summary: Supervises and assists as necessary in all work activities of Environmental Services personnel to ensure clean, orderly and attractive conditions in the facility. Additional Responsibilities: * Plans and directs the work of all housekeeping workers at the assigned facility. * Provides job performance evaluation and supervision for all housekeeping workers. * Manages the Housekeeping Department based on the approved budget and the goals and objectives of the hospital. * Performs all of the duties of a housekeeping worker. Qualifications: Minimum Education & Experience * High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's Degree preferred * Minimum of one year supervisory experience required. * Minimum of three years experience in all phases of housekeeping required * Demonstrated knowledge with hospital procedures required
