Some of the responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: * Partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist's to onboard our recently hired candidates and assess background checks * Following up on background check documentation * Analyze all components of background check including drug screening, employment, education, criminal, and credit * Conducting follow up calls * I9 Documentation and Onboarding of all new hires * Acting as an integral part of the Talent and Team Member Services teams by offering solutions and suggestions for improvements * Building and auditing reports to provide updates on Team Member Referral metrics and performance data to leadership. Qualifications: Must Have Qualifications: * 1-2 years experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or related field * Familiar with the process of assessing background check assessments * Familiar with I9 documents and compliance * Excellent communication and follow up skills * Proven ability to withhold confidential information * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of hires * Onsite attendance is required * iCIMS knowledge preferred
