Overview: Medpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO). Responsibilities: Our full-time, office-based Entry Level roles in Munich include but are not limited to: Clinical Trial Assistant: Support the Clinical Trial Management team in day-to-day departmental activities that are crucial in the trial process. Regulatory Submissions Coordinator: Prepare, review, and file clinical trial applications for the DACH region while communicating with research sites. Clinical Project Coordinator: Create and maintain project timelines with a high degree of accuracy while interacting with the internal project team, sponsors, study sites, and third-party vendors. These positions at Medpace offer clear progression paths with promotion opportunities every 1-2 years. Qualifications: * Minimum a Bachelors' Degree in Life Sciences; * English C1, German B2; * Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; * Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; * Strong attention to detail; and * No prior clinical research experience is required - we provide full training, however experience is a plus.
