Enterprise Systems Analyst A (IN), Senior

				Overview:

Participates in analyzing, evaluating, and implementing complex business solutions within our
engineering tooling platform.

Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Participates in analyzing, evaluating, and reviewing business problems to be solved with our engineering tools / applications.
* Supports and maintains enterprise-wide engineering applications associated with Zebra's software development lifecycle (ideation, planning, CI/CD, etc.) tooling platform.
* Contributes to process flows and solutions for complex business problems.
* Performs setup, configuration, and updates of in-application solutions, including project(s) creation, workflow updates, and access control.
* Works with team to design common processes & solutions within our engineering applications for business scenarios.
* Helps users create reports using in-tool queries and reporting tools to meet the needs of our users.
* Provides user training for engineering tools & processes.
* Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of users.
* Contributes to application & system upgrades by assisting with planning and scheduling.
* Works with team to ensure availability and performance of systems and application environments through proactive as well as reactive communication and support.
* Works with cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues.

Qualifications:

Looking for 2-5 Years experince in DevOPs .

Looking for handson experince in Jira administartion .

This position will be responsible for supporting, maintaining & enhancing the integration between Salesforce and JIRA, customization of critical JSM forms, dynamic field configurations, automations, and required scripting.
