Enterprise Systems Analyst A (IN), Senior

				Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Analyst to join our global IT team responsible for defining, implementing, supporting, and managing applications used in our global warehouse operations. Candidate should have experience working as a developer or Technical Analyst in Oracle e-Business suite SCM modules or Oracle SCM Cloud. Candidate will be challenged to work on Warehouse automation, Process automation using UiPath RPA and code development. Candidate will also utilize Zebra products (Zebra4Zebra) to increase productivity of the Distribution centers and Manufacturing plants. Candidate will also be required to be obtain Lean Six Sigma certification to eliminate waste and improve quality. Responsibilities:

* Preferred experience in developing, testing, and deploying code using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java, XML Publisher Reports, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF) within an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environment.
* An understanding of DC shopfloor process, WMS systems and supply chain modules like Inventory, Logistics, Manufacturing, WIP, order management and receiving.  It includes but not limited to Oracle EBS code development, EBS extensions and customization, Code Deployment, Interface and conversion development, Forms and Reports Development, executing unit tests and move to production release. 
* Develop and execute testing plans (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) for new implementations, upgrades, and patches. Document test results and provide recommendations.
* Analyze and resolve complex technical issues within the supply chain by configuring system setups, optimizing module configurations, and deploying programmatic updates
* Create and maintain detailed system documentation, including process flows, technical specifications, and end-user manuals. Develop and document technical specifications for new features and enhancements. Prepare & provide technical design documentation using Oracle Application functionalities.
* Be part of Agile team and follow Agile principles in delivering value to the business via sprints by completing Jira user stories and epics.
* Partnering with IT and business teams addressing problems, articulating innovative technical solutions, conducting demos, and sharing best practices.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules. Recommend systems modifications to reduce business problems.
* Coordinate activities related to patches and upgrades to the application system software or hardware.
* Commitment to continuous learning and growth, with a proactive approach to acquiring new skills and contributing to team success.
* Understands and be flexible to be part of a 24*7 critical system maintenance and support environment.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree required in Computer science or a relevant discipline.
* 5+ years of techno-functional experience in Oracle EBS Supply Chain
* Understand and be flexible to adopt Agile as well as waterfall methodologies of project management.
* Eager to expand knowledge, take on new challenges, and develop professionally in alignment with organizational goals.
* Ensure compliance with development and configuration standards and procedures.
* Effective written and verbal communication in English
