Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end business process orchestration solutions. As a key member of our Agile development team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our systems.

Technical Leadership:

* Architect the Future: Own the technical vision and architecture of the order management domain, aligning with business objectives
* Drive Innovation: Lead the adoption of cloud-native technologies, microservices, and AI to build scalable, resilient, and intelligent solutions
* Mentor and Develop: Foster a culture of innovation and excellence by mentoring and guiding a team of engineers

Domain Expertise:

* Deep Domain Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of business process orchestration in telecommunications
* Business-Technology Alignment: Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and solutions
* Leverage AI: Utilize AI and ML techniques to optimize business process orchestration

Problem-Solving and Innovation:

* Solve Complex Challenges: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, such as performance bottlenecks and integration problems
* Drive Innovation: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, leveraging emerging technologies like AI and ML
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and AI-powered insights to make informed decisions

Team Leadership:

* Foster a Culture of Excellence: Mentor and guide a team of engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
* 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and/or supporting business process orchestration
* Wireless experience is a plus

Skills and Qualifications:

* Demonstrated ability to design and implement solutions using Agile methodologies
* Cloud-Native Expertise: Proficiency in cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless computing (Lambda)
* Microservices Architecture: Deep understanding of microservices architecture and API design principles
* Data Technologies: Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and data integration techniques
* Workflow Orchestration: Strong knowledge of BPMN and workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Camunda, Apache Airflow)
* AI and ML: Familiarity with AI and ML concepts and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) to drive automation and intelligent decision-making.
* DevOps: Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code
* Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges
* Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Leadership: Strong leadership skills to mentor and guide team members
* Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing requirements and technologies
* Continuous Learning: A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends
