English Lecturer | University | Yulin, Sha'anxi Province

				Job Overview:
University teaching positions have the benefit of a light teaching load. You will only have about 15 to 20 classes over a five-day week. The openings do not require office hours, which means you'll have plenty of time to pursue other interests, or to take on private tuition. 

Job Title: English Lecturer (University)
Location: Yulin, Sha'anxi Province

School term: candidates should on-board in about late August. The last day of the school year is June 30. 

About Yulin:
Yulin is a small city of just over a million people; it's located in the north of China, not far from Inner Mongolia. 

There are many perks to living in a smaller city. Being far from industrial cities on the coast, Yulin has good air quality, plus you'll benefit from a low cost of living,  and lots of local traditional culture. The expat community is small, so you'll be immersed in city where very few people speak fluent English; this makes Yulin and IDEAL place to learn Mandarin.

Responsibilities:
*Teach classes of 25-50 students ;
*15-20 classes weekly (40-45 minutes each); 
*Teaching oral English, preparing class activities, preparing oral exams for students
*Monday - Friday (weekends off)

Requirements:
*Native English speaker from United States, Canada, UK, Australia or New Zealand;
*Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university;
*Teaching experience is preferred;
*TEFL/TESOL certification;
*A clean criminal record;
*Excellent physical and mental health;
*Must be able to commit to a one-year contract;

Remuneration:
*CNY 5,000-6,000/month (commensurate with the teacher's qualifications and experience)
*Fully furnished single apartment (on-campus)
*Flight reimbursement

*Summer and Winter holiday, about 2.5 months in total
*Supportive faculty community
