				Overview:

Engineering leader with project management experience including full understanding of financial impact of engineering projects across specialty business. Individual with experience in engineering change implementation, fast paced manufacturing, custom engineered products and a strong commitment to quality. Dynamic professional, assertive, team-player, resourceful with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities and an excellent work ethic.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the overall financial impact of Specialty Engineered projects. Plans, coordinates implementation of Engineering of Specialty Product in Chino Mfg site. Ensures the correct processes and tools are available for implementation
* Develop processes and responsible for accuracy and improvement. Develop detailed specifications, detailed program plans and work breakdown structure, milestones, major review, schedule, cost, ect. Completes programs on schedule and on budget meeting all technical and customer requirements.  
* Responsible for managing and completing large engineering projects having strategic platform impact. Leads cross functional teams to achieve business goal. Manages and executes projects with general strategic direction from senior leadership. Identify manufacturing cost drivers and implement plan to control.
* Responsible for presentation and preparation on Specialty product deliverables to cross functional team. Key contributor to business growth as a direct result of Engineering product projects.
* Responsible for maintaining integrity of our engineering systems. Mentoring continuously and identifying capability gaps for development.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related field.
* 10+ years experience in technical product development and people management.

The salary or hourly range of $ $98,280   $189,000 is just one component of Hussmann's total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual's knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.
