Responsibilities: QUALIFICATIONS: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Minimum of two years clay court maintenance experience * Must be well organized and able to follow through on assigned task * Must be able to bend stretch shove pull and transcend steps to conduct activities * Must have good social skills be able to work effectively with adults and children a good mixer with leadership capabilities communicates well ability to write and create reports. * A proven track record of a dynamic member interaction in a club environment. * Must have a valid driver’s license. * Basic computer skills. * Must be able to lift up to 80lbs. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintains appearance and playing surface of the courts by sweeping blowing water repairing requisition equipment needed as with in the outlines of the courts maintenance procedures and policies * Roll courts as needed * Put out the water and ice * Dispose of trash * Clean the chairs and benches * Check timer for watering * Maintain SerVace Tennis Vehicle * Periodic special maintenance projects as needed * Attend meetings as required * Assist Members and guests with concerns and comments relative to the Tennis Department * This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities skills duties requirements efforts or working conditions associated with the job.
