Responsibilities: General Accountabilities: * Performs skilled and routine building maintenance, construction, and repairs. * Follows standard safety and operating procedures. * Tasks include but are not limited to carpentry, fabrication, flooring, carpet repairs, building additions, and general building maintenance. * Installing drywall, insulation, adding fixtures, welding, fitting handles, locks, and hinges. * Perform general maintenance which includes but not limited to replacing flooring, painting, plumbing, make ready hotel rooms, replacing HVAC filters, Inspecting ceilings, etc. * Maintaining corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance. Qualifications: Qualifications: * Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in a field or related industry. * High school diploma or GED a plus but not required. * Project Orientated Individual. * Certification not required but a plus. * Must have experience in the construction industry and or related field. * Able to work independently and or on a team within established procedures associated with the job functions. * Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment. * Ability to stand, lift, walk, bend, and stoop throughout duration of shift.
