Responsibilities: * Create comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications. * Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to ensure high-quality software products. * Execute automated test suites and analyze test results to identify defects and areas for improvement. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform end-to-end testing to validate the functionality and performance of software applications across various platforms and environments. * Participate in troubleshooting and debugging of software issues and provide timely resolutions. * Continuously improve test automation processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. * Contribute to the implementation of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes. Qualifications: Must Haves * Proficiency in a programming language (preferably Python) * Experience with test automation frameworks such as pytest, Robot Framework, etc. (preferably Robot Framework) * Experience with source control software such as Bitbucket, Github, Gitlab * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving ability * Obtained or in progress towards Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or electrical engineering with embedded programming experience. Strong Pluses * Experience using REST APIs and JSON based objects, as well as Git and version control * Previous Computer Science internship(s) * Working knowledge of Linux and Bash Scripting * Experience with CI/CD Pipelines and tools such as Docker or Kubernetes * Knowledge of wireless networks and networking protocols (TCP, UDP, etc.) * Experience with CAN bus / vehicle bus * Experience with GPS, WiFi, cellular modems, Bluetooth/BLE If you are a talented Test Automation Engineer and an interest in the Internet of Things (IoT) domain, we want to speak with you.
