Overview: To develop and design technical solutions and products that meet established quality, functionality, and cost requirements, contributing to the achievement of the company's strategic objectives. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and develop detailed technical designs using CAD software or other design tools. * Perform analysis and calculations to ensure the feasibility and functionality of designs. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate technical and production aspects. * Review and update drawings and specifications according to project requirements. * Participate in the selection of appropriate materials and technologies for projects. * Support testing, validation, and continuous improvement of designs. * Document processes, results, and generate technical reports. * Comply with applicable quality standards, safety regulations, and norms. Requirements: * University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electronic, or related fields). * Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in product or system design. * Advanced proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.). * Knowledge of technical standards and manufacturing processes. * Analytical skills and ability to solve technical problems. * Teamwork and good interpersonal communication skills.
