Responsibilities:

MAJOR JOB DUTIES:  Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

* Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and plumbing problems.
* Install or re-direct electrical circuits as needed.
* Complete work orders as requested.
* Install new layouts for all gaming tables as required.
* Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and one line diagrams as needed.
* Walk daily routes and make necessary repairs.
* Re-lamp throughout property as necessary.
* Operate machinery and equipment as required (such as fork lift).  Will train if necessary. 
* Must provide courteous and friendly service to all guests and team members.
* Take a leadership role in reporting and correcting unsafe work practices or unsafe facility conditions.
* Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.
* Perform related work as requested.

Qualifications:

EXPERIENCE:  Previous Facilities experience required in the areas of HVAC, Electrical, Locksmith, Plumbing, kitchen and general maintanence. 

EDUCATION:    High School Diploma or GED.                         

SKILLS:   Ability to learn and understand of all company and department rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.  Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationship with staff.  Read, write, and communicate verbally in English.  Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment.          

CERTIFICATE/LICENSE: Valid Driver's license with excellent driving history.
