Overview: To ensure all paperwork, projects are processed and completed on a timely basis in the order of established priorities. Responsibilities: * Operate and maintain hotel mechanical systems such as domestic water system, hot water systems, chilled water systems, pool systems * Operate and understand basic television system, plumbing systems and electrical systems through the hotel * Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, laundry equipment and HVAC systems through out the hotel * Assist other engineers with repairs * Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies * Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations * Clean all work areas after completing a job * Fill out daily paperwork Qualifications: * Must understand chiller operations * Ability to climb stairs, ladders and scaffolding or use a man lift to work at heights up to 30 feet, often times reaching above head for extended periods of time * Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and holidays
