Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities include:
* Must have great interpersonal skills as you will be dealing directly with our guests.
* Must be able to work under pressure as multiple calls and work orders can be received at the same time.
* Must be able to prioritize calls and work orders.
* Knowledge of maintaining pools and spas is desirable but not required.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
* Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to issues.
* Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with Team Members at all levels of the organization.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* 1 year facilities maintenance experience in hospitality or related field.
* Knowledge of basic computer skills is preferred.
* Must be able to perform light plumbing and electrical repairs and basic handyman skills.
* Must be able to work alone or as part of a team.
Qualifications:
* Must be able to un-clog toilets and drains, replace light bulbs, repair leaking plumbing fixtures, replace light switches and receptacles in the guestrooms and in other areas of the property.
* Will be involved in larger projects as business levels allow.
* Will be involved with maintaining the pool and spas.
* Working as part of a team you must be willing and able to help in other areas of the Facilities department when needed.
* This is a uniformed position, which requires that Team Members follow uniformed appearance standards while on duty.
