HealthEquity Engagement Consultants serve a critical role in raising awareness and empowering families across America to take control of their expenses through compelling educational and marketing programs. We work directly with enterprise employers alongside relationship managers and service delivery managers to strategize, build, and optimize member engagement to help employees spend, save and invest for healthcare expenses.  The Engagement Consultant II will report to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Consumer Engagement. 

What you'll be doing 

The Engagement Consultant II is responsible for developing strong relationships with a roster of top tier clients, guiding them through onboarding, implementation, and lifecycle communications, advising on best practices, and delivering industry leading, actionable data about their members' journey  In this role, you will work closely with our Engagement Strategy, Relationship Management, and Marketing teams to acquire new HSA members and drive ongoing engagement and behavioral change. You'll share and promote our industry leading lifecycle and acquisition programs, develop robust communication strategies, and find creative ways to drive engagement, one client at a time. 

Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities:

* Relationship Management: Establish and maintain substantial and influential relationships with key client stakeholders. Advocate on behalf of the Marketing team internally and HealthEquity externally.
* Marketing Strategy and Execution: Analyze client member behaviors and demographics to develop segmentation, optimization, and test strategies.  Lead the development and direction of client-specific programs and assets, including webinars, flyers, and other collateral. Promote best practices in member engagement and acquisition to enterprise clients. 
* Measurement: Evaluate clients' engagement program results across multiple criteria, sharing actionable data and advising on best practices.
* Team Culture: Support other Engagement Consultant teammates through peer training, shadowing, and other peer support mechanisms as needed. Contribute to a positive, inclusive environment in accordance with HealthEquity leadership competencies. 

What you will need to be successful 

* Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent years of military service
* 3+ years in a client-facing marketing role; consulting or agency experience a plus, experience in regulated industries, such as finance, insurance or company benefits preferred 
* Successful track record of client engagements  
* Working knowledge of integrated marketing and CRM disciplines (including primary research, customer segmentation, targeting, direct marketing) 
* Experience coordinating multiple strategic projects across internal teams and clients  
* Ability to prepare and present clear and concise, client-ready presentations and write documents effectively for executive-level audiences 
* Comfort establishing KPIs, managing to performance targets and sourcing and extracting insights from data 
* Experience working in an entrepreneurial or start-up firm and comfort wearing the hats of many marketing disciplines  
* Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills 
* Comfort with Microsoft products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams 
* Occasional travel to attend training or meetings may be required.

The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
