Responsibilities:

Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican, is seeking a board-certified Endocrinologist to join our dynamic team in Santa Cruz, CA.

* Provide comprehensive care for patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes mellitus, thyroid diseases, and a variety of metabolic and hormone-related conditions

Compensation & Benefits
* Competitive salary: $310-340k annually 
* Productivity-based bonus potential
* Sign-on Bonus up to $40,000
* Relocation Assistance up to $20,000

Job Responsibilities

* Diagnose and manage a wide range of endocrine disorders.
* Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
* Participate in continuous medical education and stay updated with the latest advancements in endocrinology.
* Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior medical staff and residents

Qualifications:

* Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
* Board certification in endocrinology.
* Valid medical license to practice in California.
* Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Commitment to teamwork and collaborative practice.
