Overview:
Administers and monitors day-to-day technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware.
Responsibilities:
* Contributes to perform on-site installs, configures and troubleshoots desktop systems, workstations, servers and network issues in a heterogeneous environment.
* Maintains passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment.
* Works with team to communicate highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel.
* Recommends hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
* May participate in development of information technology and infrastructure projects.
* May conduct training programs designed to educate an organization's computer users about basic and specialized applications.
* May be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions.
* Supports company-wide, web-enabled solutions.
* Mobile device administration, lifecycle management and process review/documentation across multiple regions in support of best practices for onboarding, offboarding and device/line transfers.
* Manage Zebra's Telecom Expense Manager as well as multiple carrier accounts.
* Complete market analysis for contract renewals and negotiations on pricing and plan benefits

* Minimum Education:
* Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
* Minimum Work Experience (years):
* 2 - 5 years of experience
* Key Skills and Competencies:
* Experience being the point of contact for Vendor, User, Billing, Process, and Technical issues/escalations.
* Strong Communication and Social Skills in working with Vendor, Partners, Internal staff, and reporting status updates to leadership teams.
* Must possess a level of field related knowledge normally acquired by working with or close to a carrier, or in the telecommunications industry.
* Licenses/Certifications, special qualifications:
