Responsibilities:

As an Employee Health RN, you will serve as a critical clinician, safeguarding the well-being of our dedicated staff and fostering a healthy, thriving workplace community through expert assessment and intervention.

Every day you will deliver comprehensive occupational health services, including complex pre-employment screenings, immunizations, acute injury assessment and management, case management, and proactive health education for our employees.

To be successful in this role you will combine advanced clinical expertise with exceptional organizational and critical thinking skills, a compassionate approach, and a proactive commitment to promoting the health and safety of our valued employees, ultimately contributing to a healthier and stronger organization.

* Utilizes nursing skills to assess the health of workers during the pre-placement health screen, recognize symptoms and refer as appropriate.
* Provides oversight for scope of work per local regulatory requirements
* Performs testing procedures, initiates appropriate interventions and referrals
* Documents related to services provided.
* Maintains and ensures confidentiality with employee health records
* Collaborates with interdisciplinary departments including Infection Prevention, Human Resources, Occupational Health and Workers Compensation to ensure regulatory, compliance and CSH policies are met.

Qualifications:

Required

* Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and 2 years clinical experience
* Registered Nurse: AR
* Basic Life Support - CPR

Preferred

* Bachelors Of Nursing and
* Employee or occupational health experience
