Responsibilities:

Summary:
Primary responsibility will be providing patient care to the patients of the Emergency Departments.

What We're Seeking:

* Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
* May also be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with 2000 hours of Emergency Medicine experience/training
* Outstanding patient care qualities, highly motivated with an interest to grow their practice
* Patient-focused and willing to collaborate and work in a team environment
* Ability to obtain a medical license to practice in the state of New Mexico

Practice Highlights:

* Critical Access Hospital located in Ruidoso, NM
* 12 hour shifts
* 30-35 patients per day with APP Support
* Acuity levels- all medicine, limited trauma
* Ortho, hospitalists admit, family medicine for pediatrics
* CMS 5 Star Hospital

Credentials Required:
M.D./D.O. in Emergency Medicine. New Mexico State M.D. License required. Preferred three to five years experience in emergency care and/or residency trained in emergency medicine to care for patients of all ages, newborn to geriatrics. May also be BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with ER Fellowship OR 2000 hours of Emergency Medicine experience
