Embedded Software Engineer

				Overview:

1. Introduction:

Join our globally expanding company as a consultant in the Air, Sea, and Land Transportation sectors, operating in over 30 countries.

2. The role:

Join a dynamic team responsible for developing and testing mission-critical software applications.

* Designing and developing software for embedded systems, including real-time operating systems, device drivers, and application software.
* Debugging and troubleshooting software defects in the field, including root cause analysis and resolution.
* Implementing software testing and validation procedures, including writing and executing test cases and developing automated test frameworks.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, system engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful integration and delivery of software products.
* Participating in code and design reviews to ensure software quality and compliance with industry standards.
* Maintaining and updating software documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and test reports.
* Participating in risk assessments and safety analyses to ensure that software products meet safety and reliability requirements.
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advances in embedded software development.
* Participating in continuous improvement efforts to optimize software development processes and tools.
* Providing technical support to customers and field service engineers as needed

3. Requirements:

We are not looking for the candidate that ticks all the boxes, but if you find yourself in the following sentences then we would be glad to have a chat with you!

* 5+years' experience in software development
* AUTOSAR knowledge;
* Engineering degree in computer science, system engineering or comparable
* Experience in reading, writing, defining, and implementing test specifications
* Ability to code in C, C++, or Python
* Knowledge of IT infrastructure technology (networking, operating systems, cybersecurity)
* Familiar with Agile methodology
