Responsibilities:

* Support FPGA firmware development (e.g. HW driver, communication interface)
* Support FPGA firmware improvements (e.g. code analysis, testing and refactoring)
* Perform tests and measurements
* Documentation of concepts and results

Qualifications:

* Currently studying electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, or a comparable field
* Hands-on experience with FPGAs or microcontrollers.
* Knowledge of programming languages and tools such as Verilog, VHDL, C, and Bash
* Good English skills, both written and spoken. German is a plus.
* Independent, committed, and team-oriented working style
* Willing to specialize in FPGAs and to tackle challenging topics.

Nice to have

* Experience with Xilinx Vivado, Intel Quartus, Linux, OpenTAP, SCPI, C#, C++, and Python
* Experience with high-frequency technology, radars, and measurement technology
* Craftsmanship
