Iron Bull Distillery is a part of the Sazerac Company. We are in Halethorpe, Maryland and offer a great work culture, competitive compensation and benefits as well as a focus on work/life balance. We operate Monday-Thursday and some Fridays.
Responsibilities:
We're looking for a skilled Electromechanical Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, highly automated environment. In this role, you'll take ownership of equipment reliability and performance across the facility-combining hands-on electrical and mechanical expertise with problem-solving and continuous improvement. You'll play a key role in minimizing downtime, optimizing systems, and helping shape a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7am-5pm with some overtime
* Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, and control systems
* Diagnose equipment issues and implement solutions to reduce downtime and improve reliability
* Develop and execute PM programs for plant equipment and infrastructure
* Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and technical drawings
* Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency
* Collaborate across teams to prioritize maintenance, improve performance, and uphold SOPs
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, food safety, and environmental standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED
* Minimum 3 years of relevant electromechanical or industrial maintenance experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Associate's degree
* Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs (programming, troubleshooting, and hardware)
