Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for the role include:
* Complete planned maintenance tasks
* Breakdown analysis (Root Cause Analysis)
* Repairs
* Support autonomous maintenance by resolving tags, participating in teams, operator training.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
* Industrial Electrician Red Seal Certification (442A)
* High School diploma or GED/CAEC equivalent
* Ability to read and understand blueprints/engineered drawings
* Strong instrumentation, ideally PlantPax
Preferred Qualifications
* Ability to troubleshoot independently
* 5+ years of relevant experience
* Maintain and repair electrical systems
* Follow preventative maintenance system
* Maintain logbook
Physical Qualifications
* Ability to operate Industrial equipment as required.
* Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
* Ability to work overtime if necessary
* Ability to work 8 hour shift
* In-person job attendance
* Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like.
* Ability to analyze
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work near moving mechanical parts
* Ability to pay attention to detail
* Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
* Noise level at work station is loud (metal can manufacturing, large earth moving equipment)
* Ability to work in high, precarious places
* Three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances
* Ability to work with vibration from a specific tool
