Overview: Location: On-site, Coraopolis, PA Job Type: Full Time / Permanent Work Authorization: No C2C or Sponsorship The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for an Electrical Engineer. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical system design and development, proficiency in Eplan Electrical software, and a communication style that's conducive to a collaborative, fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities: * Design industrial electrical systems using Eplan * Create engineering drawings such as electrical panel layouts, networking, safety circuits, and cable schedules * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, controls, systems engineers, assembly technicians, and software * Perform sizing calculations for electrical components such as fuses, terminals, wire gages, and breakers * Support teams both in-house and at customer sites during installations Qualifications: Education Required * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Experience Required * 5+ years of HANDS ON experience in Industrial Electrical System Design and Development * Experience with NFPA industrial safety standards * Strong grasp of 480 VAC power systems and DC Systems * Experience working on government or defense-related contracts preferred * Experience with cable routing and cable management preferred * Experience working in a R&D and/or commercial company environment preferred Some travel to client sites required - Up to 30%
